Do you want to be a Project Administration Support Intern? These tasks should spark your interest:

• Communicating with customers to correctly understand task requirements.
• Performing assigned tasks at the requested level of quality and within the time frame, handling customer feedback, and proactively contributing to improving the quality of deliverables.
• Introducing and maintaining all data and documents related to projects and organizing this information in our database.
• Supporting colleagues with simple tasks such as creating overviews, transferring documentation between tools, comparing, and validating data.

We are looking for new colleagues willing to work and learn in a friendly environment within a young and motivated team. The desired schedule will be 4h, 6h or 8h/day (20h, 30h or 40h/week).

• Are a university student (e.g., Economics, Finance, Communication, or similar fields);
• Have the ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues;
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical abilities;
• Are customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills;
• Have negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver accurate work on time;
• Have very good knowledge of English.

A mentor will support you to gradually take over your own responsibilities after an initial training phase, which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes, and organization.
