We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to oversee our accounts portfolio at The Marmorosch, Autograph Collection by Marriott, beautifully located in the heart of Bucharest Old Town. Situated in the former palace of Romania's most powerful bank of the early 20th century, The Marmorosch encompasses the true essence of Romanian hospitality excellence, offering 217 state-of-the-art rooms and suites, four meeting rooms, five food & beverage outlets, 24/7 fitness centre and SPA facilities. The Role:

As the Sales Account Executive, you will:

  • Complete responsibility for the proactive sales effort with all existing key accounts and with all potential accounts that are active and produce volume in our market.

  • Willing and able to spend 80 % of work time out of the hotel developing and/or soliciting new business.

  • Willing and able to undertake regular cold calls.

  • Responsible for managing the relationship and penetration of the hotels' Top Accounts. Maintains current usage and seeks to increase total revenue for group, extended stays and transient business.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date account data and reporting.

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
