Responsabilități
- Identificarea și înțelegerea nevoilor clienților;
- Preluarea și efectuarea apelurilor pentru programări;
- Promovarea serviciilor medicale ale clinicii;
- Centralizarea și actualizarea datelor în softul medical;
- Colaborarea cu echipa și personalul medical pentru o comunicare eficientă;
- Disponibilitate de lucru în ture (8h/zi).
Rolul se desfășoară exclusiv de la birou.
Cerințe
- Vârstă p
ână în
35 de ani
; - Abilități excelente de comunicare și vânzare;
- Studii superioare (finalizate sau în curs);
- Experiență în vânzări sau customer care - dar dacă te regăsești în descriere, te încurajăm să aplici și fără experiență
- Cunoștințe de
limba engleză
(nivel conversațional - avansat); - Cunoștințe bune de
MS Office & Windows
; - Experiența în domeniul medical constituie un avantaj.
