Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the key connection between customers and the brand. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients through digital channels, offering product information, resolving delivery and account inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Efficiently resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customer records current and accurate.
  • Document interactions and track recurring issues.
  • Ensure positive outcomes in every customer engagement.
  • Guide customers in effectively using our products.
  • Analyze issues to identify trends and address root causes.
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Romanian residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
