Căutăm un Event Coordinator cu spirit practic, energie cât pentru un festival întreg și chef să facă parte din echipa care pune lucrurile în mișcare atunci când luminile se aprind.

Ce vei face, pe scurt:

  • Vei fi "dirijorul" echipelor de montaj și demontaj, astfel încât totul să fie la locul potrivit, la momentul potrivit.
  • Vei ține firul roșu al planificării, ca fiecare detaliu să se lege perfect.
  • Vei conecta toate piesele puzzle-ului: depozit, transport, organizare, client.
  • Vei negocia și contacta noi colaboratori.
  • Vei supraveghea evenimentele live și te vei asigura că show-ul merge strună.
  • Vei fi acolo – la montaj, în timpul evenimentului și la final – pentru a trage cortina ca un adevărat profesionist.
  • vei organiza evenimente corporate și activări de brand pentru clienții noștri.

  • Ești disponibil pentru deplasări în țară (NVS, Untold, Electric Castle & more).
  • Programul flexibil (weekenduri sau nopți) nu te sperie, ci îți dă un plus de adrenalină.
  • Ai permis categoria B.
  • Te descurci cu pachetul Microsoft Office.
  • Ai skill-uri tehnice (bormașina, șurubelnița electrică & co. nu au secrete pentru tine).
  • Îți place să planifici și să organizezi, dar și să pui mâna atunci când e nevoie.
