Job Description:

Managing the purchasing and supply process according to the company's needs. – Tracking PRs and their flow;
Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with suppliers;
Monitoring stocks (together with department representatives) and placing orders in a timely manner;
Maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new sources of supply;
Tracking deliveries and resolving any non-conformities;
Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the supply flow;
Prepares, communicates and reviews local procurement KPIs and accordingly defines plans for continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to meet the objectives of the Procurement Department and the company.
