Primary Functions And Tasks

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives;
• Own the product backlog and ensure it delivers measurable value through well-prioritized, high-impact user stories;
• Translate market trends, client feedback and internal business needs into actionable product features;
• Define and track OKRs and product KPIs to monitor success and continuous improvement;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architects) to deliver scalable, technically sound and user-centric solutions;
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning across multiple teams or initiatives;
• Use data and analytics to validate product decisions and user impact;
• Actively collaborate in scaled Agile setups (SAFe, LeSS)/SCRUM environments, participating in PI Planning, dependency management and team alignment;
• Act as voice of the customer while balancing short-term delivery with long-term product evolution.
• Support project managers and delivery teams in managing scope, timelines and expectations
• Translate customer project requirements into actionable tasks for our development team, ensuring technical feasibility and business value.
• Partnering with customers to ensure successful delivery of tailored solutions, as well as the implementation of the standard solution, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT or relevant field;
• 5+ years' experience in product ownership, business analysis or project management in digital/tech product environments;
• Strong experience with B2B, SaaS or enterprise-level software products;
• Hands-on experience with Agile product development at scale;
• Proven ability to drive roadmap creation, feature definition and product delivery with measurable outcomes;
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and ability to collaborate closely with technical teams;
• Familiarity with data tools for tracking product usage and performance;
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills;
• Able to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity and take ownership of results;
• Fluent in English.
• German language skills – nice to have.
