Product Owner / Game Producer

În acest rol, vei defini viziunea produsului, vei coordona echipe multifuncționale și te vei asigura că livrăm jocuri care oferă experiențe captivante jucătorilor și îndeplinesc obiectivele de business.

Un aspect important al rolului este colaborarea strânsă, ceea ce presupune abilități puternice de comunicare, flexibilitate și excelență organizațională.

Responsabilități:

  • Dezvoltarea viziunii produsului și a unei strategii pe termen lung (de la concept și MVP până la lansare și live-ops).
  • Prioritizarea și gestionarea backlog-ului, stabilind obiective clare pentru echipele multifuncționale (Dezvoltare, Art, Game Design, QA, Marketing).
  • Conducerea proceselor agile (Scrum): planificarea sprinturilor, demo-uri, retrospective și monitorizarea livrărilor.
  • Managementul etapelor de dezvoltare și lansare, rezolvarea provocărilor organizaționale și de producție.
  • Colectarea, analiza și interpretarea metricilor cheie (KPI, retenție, monetizare) pentru a ghida deciziile din roadmap.
  • Colaborarea cu stakeholderi, investitori, publisheri și echipa internațională de dezvoltare.
  • Pregătirea prezentărilor, rapoartelor și demo-urilor pentru parteneri interni și externi.
  • Monitorizarea tendințelor din industrie (Mobile, VR/AR) și integrarea celor mai bune practici în producție.

Cerințe:

  • Minimum 3 ani experiență ca Product Owner / Producer / Project Manager în industria jocurilor.
  • Experiență demonstrată în lansarea sau gestionarea proiectelor Mobile și/sau VR/AR
  • Abilități solide de comunicare, organizare și prioritizare.
  • Înțelegere aprofundată a ciclului de viață al unui joc, a proceselor de game design și a practicilor de live-ops.
  • Experiență în lucru cu analitica de joc (KPI, retenție, funnel, analiză de cohortă).
  • Cunoștințe de utilizare a tool-urilor de management (Jira, Confluence, Discord etc.).
  • Limba engleză — nivel Upper-Intermediate sau mai avansat

Constituie un avantaj:

  • Experiență cu platformele Meta Quest, Pico, PlayStation VR.
  • Cunoștințe despre modelele F2P (Free-to-Play) și economiile de joc.
  • Participarea la conferințe internaționale de gaming (GDC, Gamescom etc.).
  • Experiență în prezentarea sau pitch-uirea proiectelor către publisheri sau investitori.
