Mission:

Ensuring the quality of processes in production areas, while complying with and meeting both internal and external quality objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quality in the production process;
  • Manages the internal non conformities that have appeared in the production processes;
  • Pilot the QRQCs developed to solve quality problems;
  • Performs process and product audits;
  • Manages 8D reports for product non conformities and customer complaints;
  • Defines, implements and follows up the corrective actions for the internal non conformities and the reduction of the internal scrap;
  • Manages the system of recording and highlighting the quality performance indicators (ppm, scrap);
  • Manages blocked products due to quality problems, including in the ERP system.

What we are looking for:

  • University studies – technical
  • Speaks English at an advanced level
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good use of Quality Tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC, Control Plan)
  • Knowledge of FMEA – is considered an advantage
  • ISO / TS automotive industry- good knowledge
  • Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
