Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer Engineer located in Sibiu. The CNC Programmer Engineer will be responsible for programming CNC machines, setting up equipment, performing quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The role requires collaboration with the production team to ensure precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Experience in
  CNC programming
  and machine setup
• Knowledge of quality control processes and troubleshooting techniques
• Understanding of production processes (turning / milling / drilling)
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• CAD/CAM-System
  knowledge, advantage
  Siemens NX
• ERP
  /PLM-System, advantage
  SAP
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
• German knowledge is an advantage
