You are part of a high-performing and open-minded team, focused on building and maintaining mission-critical systems for capital markets. As an SRE, you bridge the gap between development and operations—ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across complex infrastructure. You contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from evaluating emerging technologies to designing resilient architectures and automating deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex systems across production environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate SRE best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like
    Ansible
    ,
    Python.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems running on
    Linux
    , optimizing for uptime and efficiency.
  • Manage networking components including
    Cisco/Arista
    switches,
    routers
    , and
    firewalls.
  • Deploy and maintain containerized applications using
    Docker
    ,
    Kubernetes
    , and
    KVM.
  • Support cloud infrastructure initiatives, particularly on
    AWS.

Experience needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    Linux OS fundamentals
    and core networking protocols (
    TCP/IP
    ,
    DNS
    ,
    DHCP
    ).
  • Proficiency in
    Python.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (
    Ansible
    ,
    Chef
    , or
    Puppet
    ).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like
    AWS.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eagerness to learn and work with emerging technologies.

  • Experience with firewalls and advanced network troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to financial systems or capital markets technology.
