Role Description:

We at LSEG are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Developer Platforms team at LSEG. You will contribute to the reliability, performance, and security of our internal developer productivity platform, DXOne, which supports thousands of engineers globally. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in DevOps/SRE practices who is eager to grow in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the availability, performance, and reliability of CI/CD and developer tooling platforms
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem processes
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
• Contribute to automation of operational tasks and platform improvements
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and maintain runbooks and SLOs
• Assist in patching, backup, and access management processes
• Work with security and compliance teams to ensure platform integrity
• Engage in capacity-planning and performance tuning activities
• Document systems, processes, and guidelines

• GitLab, BitBucket, Artifactory, Vault, SonarQube, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence
• Linux systems administration
• Infrastructure as Code
• Observability tools
