What you'll do

• Assist senior TDMs in tracking project progress, timelines, and resource allocation. Help ensure deliverables meet agreed technical and business requirements
• Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and client contacts to support delivery alignment and issue resolution.
• Help onboard new team members and ensure they have the necessary tools and context to succeed.
• Observe team dynamics and contribute input to performance discussions, under the guidance of senior TDMs.
• Participate in 1:1 discussions and team retrospectives to identify opportunities for process optimization and best practice adoption
• Assist in monitoring KPIs and preparing reports for internal and client governance meetings.
• Help identify and escalate delivery risks or issues to senior TDMs or relevant stakeholders.

What you need to be successful

• 1–2 years of experience in a technology or software delivery environment.
• Exposure to software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Formal education or training in project management, technology, or people management: Computer Science, Information technology, Software Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English Minimum Level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts (.NET, Java, or similar).
• Financial awareness (e.g., understanding budgets, cost tracking) is a plus.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow into a senior delivery role.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
