aEURc Knowledge of revenue recognition practices and credit risk management aEURc Post incoming payments and manage customer accounts

aEURc Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger

aEURc Assist in preparing balance confirmations and reports

aEURc Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues

aEURc Support month-end activities and documentation

aEURc Manage and monitor the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing,

collections, cash applications, and reporting

aEURc Processing of security deposit settlements

aEURc Dunning process and escalation handling

aEURc Accurate and timely execution of SEPA direct debits

aEURc Track customer account activity and follow up on overdue accounts to reduce DSO

(Days Sales Outstanding)

aEURc Perform regular reconciliations of AR sub-ledger to the general ledger

aEURc Resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and unapplied cash issues in

coordination with internal teams and clients

aEURc Prepare and analyze aging reports and AR KPIs for management review

aEURc Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables

aEURc Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting

standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)

aEURc Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation for internal and
