Job Summary

Aosom is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and compliance with all accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid background in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping & Record-Keeping: Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports requested by management.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices are in full compliance with Romanian accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments to support financial activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Must speak Romanian and English, or Romanian and Chinese
  • Technical Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of Romanian accounting standards and tax legislation.
  • Experience with ERP software Oracle is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues efficiently.
  • Integrity: Strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.
  • English CV is preferred.
