What Are We Looking For
We are looking for an
Accounts Receivable Specialist
to support the management of customer accounts across the EMEA region. The role focuses on collections, credit management, account reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable activities: collections, aging, reconciliations, credit management, and reporting.
  • Communicate directly with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
  • Work closely with sales operations, sales teams, accounting, HQ, and AR insurance providers.
  • Investigate late payments and take appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Support related accounting tasks as required.
  • Ensure invoicing and AR processes are handled accurately and on time.
  • Deliver accurate data and reports within agreed deadlines.

Requirements
Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
  • Finance background and business acumen.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to manage own professional development.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in large international companies, preferably in Tech/Telco.
  • Prior exposure to B2B environments.
  • Additional European languages (Italian, French, Spanish).
  • Experience with Oracle financial systems
