How you will contribute
  • Manage the product lifecycle for lending products, driving continuous improvement;
  • Lead the structuring and implementation of non-standard credit and financing products for corporate clients;
  • Oversee the product approval process and ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements;
  • Define and implement training strategies to enhance sales team product knowledge;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure successful product management;
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and Erste Group entities for effective product management;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requests and internal/external audits;
  • Participate and give guidance for group initiatives related to corporate lending product management;
  • Serve as a key decision maker for product policy and procedure modifications.
What will help you be succesfull
  • Master's degree;
  • Extensive product management experience in credit, trade finance, and non-standard product structuring for corporate clients;
  • Strong understanding of banking systems, processes, and project management;
  • Excellent cross functional collaboration skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience responding to regulatory and audit inquiries;
  • Experience with digital services and / or corporate digital needs is an advantage;
  • Analytical & presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in English.
