We're looking for senior developers with motivation towards technical leadership to join our team.

The project is focused on building an AI-powered content generation platform. This solution will feature advanced search capabilities and be designed for integration across multiple business modules, enabling scalable and intelligent content workflows.

This role is ideal for experienced developers who want to be part of a collaborative team, contributing to both architectural decisions and hands-on development in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.


What You'll Do

  • Design and implement scalable backend services and search capabilities using search engines similar to Elastic/OpenSearch
  • Contribute to the development of intelligent content generation features powered by machine learning and recommendation systems
  • Work with cloud foundational technologies to ensure robust and secure platform architecture
  • Collaborate on data-driven solutions using tools like Databricks, Graph Databases, and Snowflake
  • Build and optimize analytics and monitoring applications to support platform performance and user insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate the platform into various business modules
  • Apply software engineering best practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a relevant, related field


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack roles
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and scalable system design
  • Proven experience working with technologies such as Elastic/OpenSearch, cloud platforms, and data-intensive applications
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, recommendation systems, or graph databases is a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset and openness to learning new tools and approaches in a fast-evolving environment
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus, but not mandatory

. However, you will work under a
