As our
Founding Senior Engineer

, you will design the AI image processing pipeline, set the technical foundations of a greenfield product, and shape the direction of a startup from day one. This is your chance to combine impact, ownership, and cutting-edge tech in a role that matters.

What you'll do

  • Build the AI pipeline and core systems powering our smart bins
  • Work across the stack, starting with Python and defining the rest
  • Apply design patterns and best practices for long-term scalability and security
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate development
  • Collaborate in a small, ambitious team where your voice shapes strategy

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent mastery
  • Strong Python skills and full-stack flexibility
  • A personal project, open-source contribution, or similar proof of passion for tech
  • Experience with web-based applications
  • Generalist mindset; ML or computer vision is a plus
  • Based in or near Cluj-Napoca, hybrid with mostly remote work
