Location: Bucharest

As a Grocery Category Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maximizing the company's profit through the activity of selling shop products and services, following the market strategy and the company's vision.

• Responsible for creating the strategy of the categories: Grocery, Forecourt, Non-food, and Services, based on the 4Ps: product, price, placement, and promotion.

• Sales value acceleration with increasing consumer visit frequency and basket size via offers.

• Coordinates and supervises the entire contracting process of non-fuel suppliers to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives.

• Coordination and optimization of short and long-term category plan and goal setting for non-fuel category managers.

• Manage category managers to achieve Business Plan sales, margin and unit targets in relevant categories.

• Developing the professional skills of the category managers and providing regular feedback to improve performance and efficiency.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Economic University degree.

• Relevant experience in Retail or FMCG commercial activity.

• Retail Sales knowledge.
