IMSAT is looking for a
Design Coordinator
to manage the technical activities within complex infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as adherence to project deadlines, through efficient team and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all design activities and monitor their progress according to the established plan and deadlines.

Supervise works on site, ensuring that regulations and safety standards are strictly followed for efficient and secure project execution.

Propose technical solutions in line with tender documentation requirements.

Collaborate with partners, clients, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth project implementation.

Participate in factory tests and on-site inspections.

Lead a team of 8–12 people, ensuring their development, motivation, and performance.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of proposed technical solutions.

Meet design and execution deadlines and milestones.

Ensure efficiency in team coordination and resource allocation.

What We Expect from You

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Transportation or Civil Construction).

Minimum 7 years of experience in technical coordination and/or management roles.

Proven experience working with public sector institutions.

Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Decision-making ability and a results-oriented mindset.
