Online Marketing Specialist

As an Online Marketing Specialist in the Yardi Matrix team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, writing compelling website product copy and marketing materials, as well as managing other individually specified tasks (such as social media planning, video content creation and promotion, as well as webinar marketing). These responsibilities will require an ability to monitor industry trends to stay current with engagement patterns, conversion opportunities and product marketing best practices. It also requires the ability to report on and analyze email campaign performance data and relevant metrics, creating actionable insights that drive measurable business results.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

What we're looking for:

• BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience);
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Strong copywriting skills – previous experience in email marketing and digital content creation is a plus;
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (WhatCounts, HubSpot or similar) and marketing analytics tools;
• Strong understanding of email automation and A/B testing methodologies;
• Knowledge of social media trends and conversion optimization principles;
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making;
• Strong organizational skills, efficient time management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Set up, test and monitor email marketing campaigns and automation workflows in third-party tools;
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to create targeted and personalized campaigns;
• Optimize email performance through A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs and layouts;
• Track and analyze email deliverability and create regular performance reports;
• Collaborate with design teams to create compelling email templates and marketing materials;
• Organize daily workload to meet a variety of different campaign deadlines and launch schedules;
• Manage other assigned areas of the marketing operation, such as social media content planning, video promotion, webinar marketing and campaign analytics;
• Contribute to short- and mid-term strategy planning for email marketing efforts, social media, webinar marketing and general brand marketing;
• Work with other departments (sales, research, management) within the company to obtain relevant data for marketing campaign planning.
