We're looking for a proactive and experienced senior marketing professional to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and daily execution. You'll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to increase brand visibility, strengthen our positioning in the market, and communicate our expertise in technology and digital solutions.

We currently have 2 open positions:

  • TEC ): Specialists in sports & live events technology, delivering custom software solutions for some of the world's biggest names in the sport industry and major events.
  • ddroidd ): A trusted technology partner with a strong portfolio in fintech, green energy, telecommunications, and education, building intelligent, scalable digital solutions that make a real impact.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Thinks strategically but executes fast
  • Can own the company's voice on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Loves researching, creating, and publishing B2B service-oriented content that builds authority

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business and sales goals.
  • Maintain a consistent daily posting rhythm on LinkedIn and other relevant channels, keeping our brand top of mind
  • Build and manage content calendars, adapting based on company priorities, trends, and ongoing projects
  • Write and publish directly from company and 2 leadership profiles, speaking confidently to business audiences
  • Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities and relevant topics
  • Create expert-level content (posts, articles, presentations) that positions us as thought leaders
  • Work closely with the sales team to craft campaigns and outreach content.
  • Participate in creative planning sessions, bringing new ideas to keep our content fresh, relevant, and audience-focused
  • Design or adapt visuals in line with brand identity (using Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Create and adapt designs for printed materials aligned with the brand's visual identity and campaign requirements
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust the strategy based on performance data
  • Apply SEO knowledge and leverage tools such as Google Analytics 4/Google Search Console/ SEMrush
  • Manage Google Analytics 4 and GTM
  • Build reports and dashboards in Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio tools to provide actionable insights

What We're Looking For

  • 9+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years focused on B2B services in the tech industry (not tangible products)
  • Proven experience managing organic social media, especially LinkedIn, and understanding of LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4/Google Search Console/SEMrush
  • Ability to create content with SEO best practices in mind (on-page optimisation, site performance, keyword intent)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work hands-on and independently
  • Excellent writing skills in both Romanian and English, with the ability to address a professional business audience
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, including WordPress or Webflow and HubSpot
  • Ability to gather input from internal teams and transform it into clear, engaging messages.
  • Creative, with an eye for detail, and the ability to keep brand consistency across all assets.
  • Proactive communicator, able to ask the right questions, clarify needs, and suggest improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
  • Familiarity with video content planning or coordination
