Location:
field with an occasional office presence in Bucharest, Romania.

Purpose:

Business Development (Sales) Specialist for Outdoor Gardening Care Products in Romania, with brands as WOLF-Garten and Cub Cadet. Maintain and develop existing dealer/customer and service network.

The Job (responsibilities):

  • Responsibility for the independent and comprehensive support of the assigned customers in Romania.
  • Acquisition and development of new customers.
  • Preparation of sales offers and quotations.
  • Supervision of dealer and service network in Romania.
  • Product presentations / new product launches.
  • Care for major customers in DIY.
  • Support for both Outdoor products and our brands (when required).
  • Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Preparation and management of the annual meetings with customers with the support of the sales management.

The Person (requirements):

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in technical sales and working with key customers.
  • Big advantage: experience in sales of outdoor gardening products.
  • Romanian must be fluent, English must be on professional communication level (spoken & written).
  • Motivation and interest in working in outdoor products area.
  • Ability to effectively build business relationships.
  • Very good work organization.
  • Result-oriented attitude and sales skills.
  • Willingness to work in the field, field/travel is a constant part of the job.
  • Valid driving license cat B.
