Recrutăm pentru clientul nostru, o companie specializată în domeniul construcțiilor, cu proiecte în zona de retail.
Scopul postului:
Coordonarea directă a lucrărilor pe șantier, asigurând desfășurarea acestora în condiții de eficiență, siguranță și calitate, conform proiectului tehnic și termenelor stabilite.
Responsabilități principale:
- Organizează, coordonează și supraveghează lucrările zilnice pe șantier;
- Distribuie sarcinile către echipele de muncitori și asigură respectarea acestora;
- Se asigură că lucrările se desfășoară conform proiectului tehnic și normelor de calitate;
- Monitorizează consumul de materiale și propune necesarul;
- Menține legătura cu Managerul de Proiect și raportează progresul;
- Verifică respectarea normelor de protecția muncii și securitate în șantier;
- Participă la recepții parțiale și finale ale lucrărilor;
- Întocmește și păstrează evidențele necesare activității din șantier (jurnal de șantier, pontaje etc.).
Cerințe:
- Studii medii sau superioare tehnice în domeniul construcțiilor;
- Experiență practică de minim 3 ani în execuția lucrărilor de construcții;
- Cunoștințe privind citirea planurilor și documentației tehnice;
- Capacitate de organizare și conducere a echipelor;
- Permis de conducere categoria B;
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasări și program flexibil.
