About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to join our growing international construction team at
R.Power
, one of the leading renewable energy developers in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site activities for photovoltaic (PV) farm construction projects in Romania. You will ensure that all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and according to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the full scope of on-site construction activities for PV farm installations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise effectively with project managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics.
  • Report on progress, deviations, and potential risks, providing corrective and mitigation plans when necessary.
  • Participate in site inspections and quality checks throughout all project stages.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with permits, legal regulations, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in managing construction projects, ideally in the
    renewable energy or photovoltaic sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    electrical installations
    related to PV systems.
  • Solid understanding of
    Romanian construction and safety regulations
    .
  • Excellent
    organizational and leadership skills
    , with the ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills in
    English
    ; proficiency in
    Romanian
    is a strong asset.
  • Higher education in
    electrical engineering, power engineering
    , or a related technical field.
  • Willingness to
    travel or relocate
    to project sites within Romania.
  • Valid driving license (B category)
    .
