Responsibilities

Sample Order Management:
Coordinate the complete sample order process across all countries within the ERP system, including order entry, delay management, returns, losses, and communication with purchasing.

Inventory Control:
Oversee stock taking and regular audits of sample stock locations (age, losses, defects, non-sellable items) for all subsidiaries.

ERP Key User:
Serve as the key user for the ERP system, supporting all legal entities and ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

Order Management Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular checks on old orders, zero-price entries, manual price/discount changes, and unusual delivery or invoice dates. Ensure all delivered items are invoiced during month-end closing.

Price & Month-End Support:
Manage global price uploads and assist with monthly closing procedures.

Licensee Coordination:
Handle licensee orders and maintain communication with licensee partners.

Internal Orders & Promotions:
Manage internal orders related to marketing, business units, giveaways, sponsorships, employee offers, and promotional activities (e.g., Casio, Suunto).

Global Support & Reporting:
Provide analytical support, reminders, and requests for all subsidiaries and legal entities to maintain global order management quality.

Qualifications

Experience in sales administration worldwide︉︂︋︁︈︈︄︇​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

Know how in ERP

Further education in sales administration/export processing- desirable

Experience in export processing - desirable

Communicative with all kind of stakeholders

Act Independent Global mindset

German and English Advanced language skills - required as a must
