Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Bucharest, Romania. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting and implementing quality engineering standards, conducting quality control processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining robust quality management systems. Additional responsibilities will include developing and executing quality assurance strategies to meet compliance requirements and drive continuous improvement within the manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance
  • Strong knowledge of Product Quality and Quality Management practices
  • Experience working in regulatory compliance environments (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Quality Management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with EU product safety standards is a plus
