Quality Engineer – High-Tech / Electronics / Automotive

We're looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join projects within the high-tech, electronics, and automotive sectors, supporting leading clients in product development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

You'll work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment alongside some of Europe's most advanced engineering teams - ensuring that complex systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing process and product quality across the full lifecycle — from concept and NPI (New Product Introduction) to volume production.
  • Handling customer quality issues, conducting root cause analyses (8D, RCA), and coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Performing quality audits, inspections, and data-driven analysis using tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Power BI.
  • Working closely with suppliers, production, and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve yields.
  • Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with ISO, QMS, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Acting as the key quality contact for internal and external stakeholders — communicating findings and guiding teams towards practical solutions.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical discipline).
  • 5 years' experience in a Quality Engineer or Process Quality role within high-tech, electronics, semiconductors, or automotive industries.
  • Proven experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and supplier quality management.
  • Strong technical background with tools such as FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, CAPA, 8D, and familiarity with QMS and ISO standards.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus).
  • EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required.
