Administrative Operations Specialist

We are looking
for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support our operations by managing the company's billing and administrative workflows.

The role:
 Ensure the smooth operation of internal workflows within our management software, with a focus on billing and stock-related processes.

You'll be:

  • Overseeing stock transfers between different locations/warehouses.
  • Maintaining accuracy and consistency in the management software.
  • Preparing and processing operational documentation, including e-Transport where applicable.
  • Managing monthly billing processes and generate invoices as required.
  • Ensuring proper filing and archiving of all related records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain data accuracy and ensure workflow efficiency.

We need someone who has:

  • Previous experience in administrative or billing roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Patience and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software/tools (knowledge of SmartBill or similar is an advantage).

This is a full-time gig
where you'll be an essential part of the PORC family. We're a small team, which means your ideas won't get lost in corporate bureaucracy - they'll go straight from your brain to our store. You'll need to be in the office @ Porc HQ (Timpuri Noi Area, Bucharest) but with some flexibility.
