It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in Bucharest are looking for a mid-senior consultant in the Sourcing Ecellence ( Auctions and Marketplace team).

Role Purpose 



The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.  



Responsibilities 



We are currently seeking a mid-senior Consultant to join the Sourcing Excellence team. The Auction/Marketplace specialist needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Marketplace /eAcutions implementation and execution. 



Main responsibilities will include:

Spearhead the roll-out and adoption of our marketplace/eAuctions solution across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing procurement systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the marketplace /eAuctions platforms to meet business needs and enhance user experience and satisfaction. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that support decision-making and optimization. Develop and execute events, specific trainings and change management programs and proposals to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of the platforms. Lead digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. 

Requirements 



Proven experience in spot buying/auctions and digital commerce design and implementation, ideally within procurement or a related field. StronExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups. Profound commitment to professional service excellence, with a results-oriented and proactive approach. Fluency in English (with  German considered a plus), with additional languages being an advantage as well.
