Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager based in Bucharest, Romania. The role involves managing and overseeing payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. Responsibilities include compliance with local labor laws, maintaining records, implementing payroll and administration processes, and supporting employee queries. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external bodies to ensure seamless payroll and personnel administration activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in payroll management, personnel administration, and related compliance regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data management and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and interacting with stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant payroll software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Romania
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in payroll or HR-oriented roles, with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
