Retail Media Manager

ALTEX, an omnichannel retailer founded in 1992, is the market leader in electro-IT retail.

Our mission is to make technology and equipment's that improve life comfort accessible to all customers.

Our marketing team is growing, therefore, we are looking for a Retail Media Manager, to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement retail media platform online and offline to offer advertising space for brands
• Collaborate internal teams to ensure the successful technological integration of retail media platform
• Develop and optimize monetization strategies by creating advertising offers
• Create campaign plans and oversee their execution via specialized platform
• Analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities to increase revenue
• Build relationships with brands and agencies to expand the advertising partner network
• Continuously monitor market trends to adopt the most effective retail media solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing retail media platforms or working in advertising
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Footprints AI, Citrus Ads, Google Ads for Retail, and other similar solutions
• Proven experience in creating and selling digital advertising spaces for revenue generation
• Excellent communication skills to negotiate partnerships with brands and advertising agencies
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills for evaluating campaign impact
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple teams
