Marketing & Branding Specialist / Manager

1. Despre rol

SCHRAUBRAM caută un profesionist în Marketing & Branding, pasionat de comunicare și imagine corporativă, care să se alăture echipei noastre și să ducă brandul la următorul nivel.

2. Responsabilități

  • Crearea și publicarea de conținut (foto, video, text) pe LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Editare materiale (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint).
  • Dezvoltarea și menținerea identității vizuale (logo, culori, template-uri, brand manual).
  • Planificarea și coordonarea campaniilor de marketing și employer branding.
  • Coordonarea website-ului și a prezenței online.
  • Colaborare cu agenții/furnizori externi.
  • Raportare periodică către management (rezultate, recomandări).

3. Profilul căutat

  • Experiență relevantă în social media / content / design.
  • Capabil(ă) să gândească strategie și să conducă proiecte cap-coadă.
  • Creativ(ă), proactiv(ă), atent(ă) la detalii vizuale.
  • Cunoștințe solide de digital marketing & social media.
  • Abilități bune de comunicare și organizare.
  • Engleză – avantaj.
  • (Portofoliu/linkuri la proiecte – constituie avantaj major.)
