Adecco
is hiring an Motorcycle After Sales Coordinator for its client, a major player in the vehicle and motorcycle import market.

Responsibilities

• Checks and processes Warranty claims in compliance with Warranty Manual and procedures and in the limits of the budget
• Provides consultancy and instructions concerning repair-technical issues to the dealers
• Instruct dealers for the correct completion of warranty claims and checks finalized warranty repairs.
• Correct and send dealers warranty claims to Honda Motor
• Prepare the launch and follow-up recall campaigns and inform authorities (ANPC, RAR, etc)
• Evaluate new bikes damages caused by transportation, nature, etc. and instruct Logistic department regarding the correct repair procedures' of the damages.
• Evaluates statistics and parameters of warranty repairs. Must keep costs under control and propose improving measures.
• Checks invoices for finished warranty repairs and their monthly financial balance, between payments from factories and dealers.
• Communicate with clients, both in person and by telephone, in case of complicated Technical areas and supervises handling customer complaints.
• Prepare the H-CSI (customer satisfaction) reports. Collect data from dealers and send it to Outsource Company
• Propose the usage of the goodwill budget efficiently (balance between Customer Satisfaction and Company saving costs)
• Promote and enhance parts and accessories sales to network in order to generate increased sales and GP, together with MC Sales Dept and Parts Coordinator
• Proposes special service campaigns to improve service retention, customer satisfaction and sales increase
• Prepares weekly reports regarding service KPI's and warranty status
• Prepares action plans to reply efficiently at market conditions and HTRO internal targets
• Performs audits to achieve MFS compliance for A/S Activity and standards.
• Performs warranty audits to dealers
• Performs regular dealer visits to verify dealer activity and report back to supervisor (at least two visits per year for each dealer in the country and monthly in Bucharest)
• Reports to the direct manager of any dysfunctionality of the activity, making proposal for improving
• Monitors periodically the fulfilment of the online courses
• Deliver technical training and on-site certifications
• Organizes and delivers local trainings for MC dealers' technicians
• Respects the internal regulations and the entire standard implemented in the company

Candidate Profile

• Background: Engineering/technical background, preferably Polytechnics / AR, Mechanical
• Fluent oral and written English
• Microsoft Office: very good skills
• Team worker
• A and B driving license mandatory
• Good knowledge and understanding of motorcycle business and models
• Good communicator & planner
• Organized and accurate
• Strong perseverance skills
• Good knowledge of automobile/motorcycle technologies
• Dynamic, flexible and able to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills
• Willing and able to travel, 25% of the working time
• Time management / Efficient in his activity
