We have developed successful partnerships with more than 5000 farmers, constantly offering them innovative financing solutions tailored to their specific business.

We are looking for a
Marketing Business Partner
to join our team to support Agricover Credit IFN's business strategy.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in banking or financial services who are eager to apply their expertise in marketing, communication, project coordination within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose marketing initiatives aligned with Agricover Credit IFN's business strategy and with Agricover marketing strategy, ensuring approval and execution in line with agreed plans.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and coordinate co-marketing activities with business partners.
  • Coordinate the relation with marketing agencies, to optimize service delivery and drive creative outcomes.
  • Implement and coordinate marketing projects (events, partnerships, programs, campaigns) that support Agricover Credit IFN.
  • Produce and distribute validated content for digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Actively support the planning and organization of events with farmers and partners, ensuring logistics, preparation of information kits, and participation on-site.
  • Gather feedback and results from stakeholders, tools, events, and share insights with the Marketing Operations and Coordination Team.
  • Oversee specific budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, effective use, and on-time reporting.
  • Organize and manage contracts with external providers, including pre-contract checks and follow-up after contract signing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communication roles (experience within banking, financial institutions, or related industries is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, banking applications, customer communication,
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, events and communication projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS platforms) is a plus.

  • Reports to CEO Agricover Credit IFN and cross-functional to Marketing Operations Manager
