Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Finance role where you will oversee the financial and related administrative activities of our Romania entity and ensure compliance with the local and company's financial policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management and collaborate with other team members to support the financial needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Business Process Outsourcing management
  • Ability to work crossfunctional
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Romanian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or QuickBooks
