Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Bucharest for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal assistance and executive administrative support, managing and scheduling meeting, and handling various clerical tasks.

  • Calendar and inbox management
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Send reminders and standard communications
  • Follow-up on to-do's & action items
  • Prepare presentation documents & report consolidation
  • General administrative tasks and ad-hoc request

You have

  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of MS Office package, especially Outlook and PPT/Excel

Schedule and sallary

  • 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
  • Schedule: 15:30 - 19:30
  • Sallary: 1500 Ron net
