Summary:

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is looking for a GxP Taining Manager. The training aspects of our GxP services in a private cloud for regulated industries are your mission. You will ensure training compliance towards our standardized GxP Framework within the different teams working for GxP customers. This also includes the oversight on other related GxP Framework topics.

You will be part of a global team, and in detail you will

Be responsible for GxP Training Management including tool improvementsManage GxP training records to ensure audit compliancePerform regular compliance checks (User Access Management and GxP training records)Support Computerized System Validation (CSV) tasksEnsure validation (eSignature tool, storage of GxP training records) against CSVHandle approvals for GxP profiles in the area of User Access ManagementSupport audits (SOC and customer audits) for related topics

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related fieldsExcellent analytical skills and focus on qualityProven knowledge in ITIL processes, e.g. User Access ManagementExperience in auditsStrong communication skills in EnglishProactive behaviour, high willingness to learn and ability to drive challenging projects
