Responsibilities: ·     Deliver training sessions and conduct testing for newemployees across various departments, particularly within Customer Support.·     Create clear and engaging explanatory and trainingmaterials.·     Maintain up -to -date information about TotoGaming products,platforms, and features across all relevant platforms.·     Communicate and distribute relevant updates and informationto the Customer Support Department.·     Draft and update procedures and work instructions tailoredto the needs of the Customer Support Department.·     Conduct coaching and retraining sessions with CustomerSupport agents.·     Regularly evaluate the quality of customer support throughtesting and monitoring.·     Monitor chats, calls, and emails to ensure adherence toquality standards and internal procedures.·     Prepare various reports related to training, quality, orsupport performance.·     Perform any other duties as requested by senior management.
