Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare
    finalizate;
  • Limba engleză
    – nivel conversațional (scris și vorbit);
  • Experiență de
    în vânzări B2C sau B2B.
  • Abilități excelente de
    comunicare, negociere
    și
    lucru în echipă
    ;
  • Capacitatea de a lucra
    independent
    , dar și de a colabora eficient în cadrul unei echipe;
  • Înțelegerea și prioritizarea taskurilor
    , cu respectarea termenelor limită;
  • Orientare către
    new business
    și identificarea de noi oportunități pe piață;
  • Deschidere pentru participarea la
    evenimente și expoziții
    auto pentru promovarea produselor și serviciilor;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Cunoștințe solide de utilizare a pachetului
    Microsoft Office
    .

Responsabilități:

  • Consilierea clienților și prezentarea gamelor de vehicule din stoc dealer Autoerebus.
  • Gestionarea întregului proces de vânzare, de la ofertare până la livrare.
  • Dezvoltarea și menținerea relațiilor cu clienții și partenerii.
  • Identificarea nevoilor clienților și oferirea celor mai potrivite soluții de finanțare și service.
  • Gestionarea portofoliului de clienți existenți și atragerea de noi parteneri de business;
  • Dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții prin identificarea și oferirea celor mai potrivite soluții;
  • Negocierea și încheierea contractelor comerciale;
  • Identificarea oportunităților de
    new business
    și dezvoltarea de strategii pentru creșterea vânzărilor;
  • Monitorizarea pieței și menținerea unei bune cunoașteri a tendințelor din industrie;
  • Participarea la
    evenimente, expoziții și activități de networking
    pentru promovarea brandului și produselor;
  • Colaborarea cu echipa pentru atingerea obiectivelor comune și crearea unui mediu de lucru productiv.
