Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Operations Analyst
to drive business value from Salesforce across all revenue-generating functions. The role is a
business and sales-focused
, ensuring Salesforce enables
sales effectiveness and revenue growth
through optimized processes, structured data and actionable insights.
You will
own the business roadmap for Salesforce
, prioritize enhancements that impact revenue teams, and lead change management to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes. Success means
better forecasting, cleaner data, and streamlined workflows
for sales and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce processes align with business goals and deliver measurable impact on pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity.
Roadmap & Governance
- Own the Salesforce business roadmap and enhancement backlog.
- Define and enforce data governance standards for revenue-critical fields.
- Manage business super users and elevated access for process overrides.
Project Leadership & Change Management
- Lead user acceptance testing and provide sign-off for business-driven changes.
- Drive change management and training to ensure adoption across sales teams.
- Act as business escalation point for complex process issues.
Enablement & Optimization
- Champion automation and workflow improvements using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
- Serve as Salesforce SME for revenue teams—train, support, and empower end-users.
What Success Looks Like
- High adoption of new features and processes by sales and customer success teams.
- Improved data quality for forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Faster deal cycles through automation and streamlined workflows.
- Clear alignment between Salesforce capabilities and revenue strategy.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years Salesforce experience in business analysis or revenue operations.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (highly appreciated).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and declarative tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to prioritize business impact.
Preferred:
- Experience in global Salesforce environments and B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with integrations (Hubspot, CPQ, CLM, ERP).
- Project/change management experience.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO).
