Suntem in cautarea unui profesionist in domeniul resurselor umane care sa intregeasca echipa noastra. Cautam o persoana cu 3-5 ani experienta in administrare personal si recrutare, pasionat de domeniu si dornic de dezvoltare continua.

Responsabilitati:

  • Vei fi owner end-to-end pe procese de recrutare privind roluri specifice clientului;
  • Vei păstra legătura cu noii angajați pentru a identifica nivelul lor de satisfactie si de adaptare in cadrul organizatiei;
  • Vei fi responsabil pentru activitati administrative (ofertare si semnare contract, actualizarea bazelor de date, etc);
  • Te vei implica activ in proiecte de HR si de imbunatatire procese si proceduri;
  • Vei fi in permanent contact cu departamentele organizatiei pentru a oferi consultanta si a primi feedback;
  • Vei actualiza baza de data cu start date-ul si end date-ul angajatilor;
  • Vei realiza diverse rapoarte;

Cerinte:

  • Intelegerea politicilor si procedurilor generale de resurse umane;
  • Capacitatea de a lucra eficient intr-un mediu dinamic si de a respecta termenele limita;
  • Cunostinte solide de legislatie si procese de resurse umane;
  • Cunostinte bune de utilizare a pachetului MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Excelente abilitati de comunicare;
  • Orientare către rezultate;
  • Proactivitate;
