Ce căutăm:

  • Experiență solidă în Business Development, preferabil în sectorul de retail.

  • Cunoștințe avansate în gestionarea și dezvoltarea brandurilor proprii.

  • Abilități excelente de negociere și relaționare.

  • Gândire strategică și orientare către rezultate.

  • Capacitatea de a lucra într-un mediu dinamic, cu termene limită strânse.

  • Abilitatea de a anticipa tendințele pieței și de a adapta strategiile de afaceri în consecință.

  • Experiență în gestionarea proiectelor complexe, de la planificare la execuție și monitorizare.

Responsabilități:

  • Dezvoltarea și implementarea strategiilor de creștere pentru brandurile proprii, cu focus pe extinderea pieței și creșterea profitabilității.

  • Monitorizarea și evaluarea constantă a performanței brandurilor proprii pe diferite piețe și segmente de clienți.

  • Identificarea, evaluarea și negocierea cu furnizorii pentru noi oportunități de business, parteneriate și colaborări strategice.

  • Implementarea măsurilor corective și a planurilor de îmbunătățire pentru a crește vânzările și cota de piață.

  • Analizarea și interpretarea tendințelor pieței și nevoile consumatorilor pentru a orienta deciziile de business.

  • Coordonarea lansarilor de noi produse, de la concept până la intrarea pe piață.

  • Colaborarea cu echipele de marketing, vânzări și achiziții pentru a asigura succesul proiectelor.
