MOL Romania is on the hunt for our new colleague who will hold the position of IT Infrastructure Support, in our IT team.
Join our dynamic team who is responsible of:

• Actively participate to the acquisition, maintenance and exploitation of IT infrastructure: hardware, software and communications;

• The security and management of IT infrastructure systems of MOL Romania;

• The integrity of data and availability of communication channels within MOL Romania.
The position is located in Bucharest.

As an IT Infrastructure Support you will be responsible for the following tasks:


• Ensure the good functioning of IT infrastructure of MOL Romania including: hardware, software and communications;

• Manage the computers network (CN) and servers fleet (SF) of MOL Romania;

• Monitor the functioning of CN, SF and communications, respectively, elaborate specific reports for the MOL Romania management;

• Maintain contact and supervise the activity of contracting companies for the purpose of providing adequate services that ensure the proper functionality of CN and SF;

• Coordinate the installation, reinstallation and maintenance of operating systems on MOL Romania computers;

• Perform the installation of various software applications on MOL Romania computers, keep track of software licenses;

• Perform specific processes meant to ensure the security of CN and SF and ensure the storage, saving and recovery of all data in the MOL Romania network;

• Contribute to the implementation of IT strategies and policies valid on Group level.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Solid IT studies, or minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions;

• Good IT knowledge, especially on HW & SW;

• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office applications;

• Good problem solving and conflict management skills;

• Good communication and presentation skills;

• Learning agility;

• Fluent English
