Overview:
HF3 is a robust infrastructure platform built on leading VMware technologies, including vCloud Director and NSX. It enables us to deliver scalable and secure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions to our clients

Our Offering:

  • Virtual Machine Provisioning & Management: Clients can deploy and manage virtual machines with flexibility and control.
  • Dedicated Server Hosting: If our clients require more computing power, we offer dedicated physical server exclusively to their environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Maintenance & Incident Management: Our team ensures the stability and reliability of the HF3 platform by handling Level 1, 2, and 3 incidents. When necessary, we coordinate directly with Broadcom to resolve complex issues.
  • Service Resilience: We are accountable for maintaining high availability and performance across the platform, with strong operational SLAs and a focus on proactive monitoring.

  • Build & Deployment: In addition to operational support, we participate in build activities, including:

  • Designing and implementing optimized client infrastructure solutions

  • Deploying and configuring new physical servers
  • Managing NSX network flows to ensure secure and efficient traffic routing

Key Figures:
Currently, the HF3 platform supports over
1,000 virtual machines
and more than
60 physical servers
, delivering critical services to a growing base of enterprise clients.
