In acest rol vei fi omul-cheie care se asigura ca activarile din hypermarketuri și campaniile promotionale arata impecabil și funcționează ca la carte. 

Vei lucra cu promoteri, vei gestiona materiale promoționale și vei menține legătura directă cu reprezentanții magazinelor.

Cum va arăta rolul tău:

  • Implementarea campaniilor in magazine tip hypermarket (instalarea standului, a materialelor promotionale si a premiilor in locatie);
  • Coordonarea si supervizarea activitatii Promoterilor (fotografii locatie, verificare punctualitate, tinuta si activitate promoteri);
  • Centralizarea si intocmirea rapoartelor de activitate (raport de supervizare si de vanzari);
  • Transmiterea informatiilor din teren in timp real catre responsabilul de proiect al agentiei;
  • Efectuarea vizitelor periodice in locatii;
  • Logistica de premii si de materiale pentru locatiile desemnate & gestiunea acestora;
  • Implementarea campaniilor in magazine tip hypermarket;
  • Recrutare de promoteri pentru campanii în funcție de cerințele proiectelor;
  • Dupa caz, face training-ul promoterilor in locatie;
  • Asigura transportul materialelor la locațiile vizate (mese de sampling, plasări speciale, banner-up-uri, etc);
  • Mentinerea relatiilor cu reprezentantii magazinelor (sef raion, sef departament, etc).

Ce așteptăm de la tine: 

  • Experienta in domeniu si activari BTL - minim 1 an;
  • Persoana capabila sa isi organizeze propriile activitati precum si ale unei echipe;
  • Persoana foarte serioasă, organizata, implicată, orientata spre respectarea regulilor si a procedurilor de lucru, cu abilități remarcabile de comunicare;
  • Persoana capabila sa invete rapid si sa se concentreze pe atingerea obiectivelor;
  • Abilitati de comunicare foarte bune si cunostinte operare PC-basic;
  • Persoana rezistenta la stres si cu abilitati de indeplinire simultana a mai multor sarcini diferite;
  • Experienta in coordonare de evenimente constituie un avantaj;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B obligatoriu & masina personala;
  • Disponibilitate cu precadere in weekend.
