The Marketing Specialist for electric mobility will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and supporting product and customer-focused strategies to enhance the company's presence in the electric mobility romanian landscape.

Market Research & Analysis:Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support marketing campaigns.Gather and organize data to inform decisions related to market penetration and customer engagement strategies.Marketing Campaigns Execution & Analytics:Collaborate with sales and communication teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.Collaborate with support departments (legal, DPO) to develop campain regulamentsMonitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.Customer Happiness and Engagement Support:Assist in crafting customer segmentation strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.Assist in crafting customer retention programs, including loyalty and reward initiatives.Monitor customer feedback, collaborating with customer service to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer happiness.Product Marketing Support:Support the development of brand and product marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and other collateral materials.Contribute to product launch activities and assist in positioning efforts to differentiate offerings in the market.Assist in updating pricing structures based on market changes or regulatory updates.Event Participation & Support:Collaborate with the communication department to organize and support marketing activities at events, ensuring the company's presence aligns with brand standards.Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and logistics for events and actively participate to ensure a smooth execution.Website Management:Ensure the company website is up to date by reviewing content regularly and requesting updates when new products are launched or information changes.Collaborate with external or internal teams to implement necessary updates or improvements.Mobile Application Support:Translate content between Romanian and English (and vice versa) to ensure accurate and timely updates for the mobile application.Test new implementations and features in the mobile app to ensure functionality and user experience standards are met.Monitor and regularly test the app to identify and report any issues or areas for improvement.Administrative Tasks:Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain updated documentation and assist in the implementation of marketing procedures and tools.

What you'll need to succeed: 

Proven experience in marketing (2-3 years), preferably in a fast-paced environment or in the electric mobility industry.Familiarity with market research and data analysis tools to support campaign planning and performance evaluation.Knowledge of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and analytics platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create marketing content and presentations both in romanian and english.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Knowledge of website management and mobile app testing processes is considered a plus.Previous experience in eMobility or automotive is considered a plusBachelor degree in marketing, public relations, journalism is considered a plus
