About the Position

Buildit, developed by İnfera Teknoloji, is a digital construction management platform that streamlines project and site processes. We are looking for a
tech-savvy Junior Engineer
with a background in
Civil Engineering or related technical fields
, who will support the on-site implementation of our software, guide users, and ensure smooth communication between the construction site and our software development team.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to combine
technical field experience
with
technology and digital tools
, and are eager to work in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and daily use of Buildit software on construction sites in Romania,
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to users and resolve software usage-related issues,
  • Collect and report field feedback, improvement requests, and error reports to the software team,
  • Train and guide site teams on software usage and digital construction processes,
  • Prepare regular reports based on usage data and propose ideas to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering or a related technical field
    ,
  • 0–5 years of experience
    in construction or engineering roles (junior to mid-level accepted),
  • Strong command of Romanian and English
    (required for communication and reporting),
  • High interest in technology and digital tools; ability to adapt quickly to new software,
  • Preferably familiar with project/site management, planning, or BIM-related software,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
  • Willingness to travel and work on construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of BIM, planning tools, or digital construction solutions,
  • Previous experience on international or Romanian construction projects,
  • Experience working with technology-driven construction processes.
