Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer
to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing funnels, generating high-quality leads, and continuously improving performance through data-driven decisions.

This role requires solid hands-on experience with paid advertising (Facebook, Google, TikTok), as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to oversee campaigns from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Produce and analyze performance reports to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create ad assets, landing pages, and other campaign materials.
  • Stay up to date with best practices, trends, and platform updates in digital marketing and performance advertising.

  • Reduced acquisition costs (CPA) by implementing data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Doubled the number of leads generated from digital advertising campaigns.
  • Successfully optimized funnels to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Managed campaigns targeting multiple international markets, adapting creatives and messaging to cultural preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics/ad management tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in building and optimizing sales/marketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and landing page development.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently with attention to detail.
